Kristen (Kat) Conaway is a massage therapist with intensive knowledge of her craft as well as a desire to help those struggling with specific ailments. Designing a treatment geared to the individual’s needs allows her to use the many modalities she has studied and learned. Working alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, and orthopedic doctors, Kat’s experience has led her to specializing in relaxing discomforts due to various medical conditions. Whether it is MS, fibromyalgia, rotator cuff issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, or tendinitis, Kat is prepared to help you feel better. She is dedicated to helping her guests “be well and live well”.
